Louise Yow: Principal Physiotherapist
Louise graduated with an Honors Degree in Physiotherapy from Queen Margaret’s University, Scotland. To pursue her career in spinal and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, she moved back to Singapore since 2006, where she worked in a variety of spinal and musculoskeletal setting such as Changi General Hospital, Singapore’s Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) and Tan Tock Seng Hospital. Following the time spent in outpatients physiotherapy and rehabilitation of the spine and musculoskeletal injuries, she developed an interest in back and neck injuries and rehabilitation.
Louise enjoys her work tremendously and has much satisfaction from seeing her patients improve and recover and is a strong advocate of independence and rehabilitation. Being an active and outdoor individual, she believes in being healthy and having a balanced lifestyle to achieve the best quality of life.
Karine Rogers: Sports Physiotherapist
Karine graduated with commendation with a Masters in Physiotherapy in the United Kingdom. One year ago she moved to Singapore to persue her career in sports physiotherapy. While living in the UK, Karine trained with the British Army as a Physical Training Instructor and Combat Medic thus broadening her knowledge as a Physiotherapist. Following the time spent in a military rehabilitation unit, she has developed a particular interest in sports injuries and rehabilitation.
Karine is a keen sports person, having competed in rowing, squash, tennis and marathons. She is currently an active member of Crossfithub, Singapore Paddle Club and Rock Climbing Singapore. This experience in a wide variety of sports has developed her understanding of movement related sports injuries as her area of special interest. She has gained invaluable experience treating marathon runners, iron-man triathletes, sprinters, rugby players, football players and many other recreational sports players.
Nigel Chua: Principal Hand Therapist
In 2005, Nigel graduated with a Diploma in Occupational Therapy from Nanyang Polytechnic (Singapore) and started working in Changi General Hospital to serve his bursary bond with them. Later in 2007 he pursued an offshore Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Sydney.
Following the time spent in Changi General Hospital in orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, he developed his passion and interest in the rehabilitation of the upper limb and hand therapy. He later developed his own treatment style and philosophy, managing patients’ physical pains and problems and taking into consideration the emotional and psychosocial aspect of each patient.
Justin Mok: Sports Massage Therapist, Deep Tissue Release Specialist
Certified Sports Massage Therapist --- ITEC Diploma
(UK) in Anatomy,
Physiology and Massage; Basic Sports Massage (Singapore Sports Council), CIDESCO International Diploma (Switzerland) in Face and Body Treatments.
Justin is a very passionate, motivated & holistic sports massage therapist having spent 8 years in the spa and wellness industry. He specializes in Sports and Deep Tissue Massage, Traditional Shiatsu techniques while also being highly skilled in face and body treatments.
He has previously worked with some of the most renowned award-winning hotel and destination spas and has also been nominated as a finalist in the 2008 Singapore Tourism Awards in the SPA Massage Therapist category.
He has 3 years’ experience as an Assistant Operations Manager in Aramsa ~ The Garden SPA but decided his preferred interest is in treating and helping patients recover.
