How soon can I see you or get my physiotherapy Singapore appointment?

You or your loved ones will be given an appointment on the same day or the next business day after you contacted us. Earlier treatments leads to a quicker recovery period.

Will I be treated during my first consultation?

Yes, after our assessments and physical examinations as well as clinical interview. As clinicians, our focus is to decrease pain and discomfort, as well as increase strength and mobility. Talking alone can't get that done.

How long does a treatment take?

Each sessions will take about 30-45 minutes. The initial assessment and consultation might take a while longer, around 45 minutes.

Will I be given exercises?

Yes, we will provide you advise on how to manage the conditions that you may have, as well as prescribe to you specific exercises that you need to do in between treatment sessions to maximize and optimize the rehabilitation and recovery.

Do I need a GP referral?

You do not require a GP or specialist referral for an appointment with us. Referrals are usually for insurance claims purposes. If you do have a referral, do bring along the referral letter, as well as any copies of X-Ray or MRI reports that you may have.

What about payment?

Unless a special arrangement or prior agreement have been made, payments must be made after each treatment or consultation session. Official receipts are given after each treatment sessions for tax or health insurance companies. Please check on the payment methods accepted in each clinic.

Do you know how many treatments I will need?

While each patient are different individuals, the physiotherapist or hand therapist will discuss with you the estimated number of treatments you will require for maximum results. You will be reassessed during each visit and the goals revisited to see if treatments sessions need to be continued or not.

Will I be expected to do anything in between physiotherapy Singapore treatments?

Yes, we will give advice and specific exercises to do between physiotherapy treatment sessions. However, we do not and cannot force you to do them, you must take the initiative and motivation to do so - they will optimize and shorten your recovery period.

Can I have a Home Visit?

Unfortunately, we no longer provide home call physiotherapy, hand therapy or deep tissue release services. We realized that providing services within a clinic will allow us to provide the best service possible and at a better price for our clients (house calls usually demands a premium).
