1) Working hours up to 35 hours a week

URBANREHAB PRIVATE LIMITED (SINGAPORE) is a therapeutic rehabilitative centre that provides rehabilitation solutions to Singapore’s community, be it individuals who require therapy at home, to rehabilitation centres who require effective, reliable and affordable manpower, to reducing industrial-related injuries in the corporate/industrial sector.
URBANREHAB PRIVATE LIMITED provides assessments, consultations, specialised therapies, and in-service training for our clients. Conditions of care includes but is not limited to neurological, orthopedic/musculoskeletal, medical, oncology/palliative and other variety of functional-related syndromes.
Due to expanding caseloads, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. Clinical exposure will be diverse as you will be required to work in different settings and roles as our commitment calls us to serve wherever the need arises.
We are committed to professional development and offer in-service training, individual performance review and funding for courses. There will be opportunities for research.

2) Must be fluent in English and ability to speak dialects will be good
3) A least 1 year of therapy-related work experience
4) Able to assess, diagnose and treat clients independently

It’s a busy time ahead! We’ll keep you posted on events that we will attend or have attended too, =)

urbanrehab successfully launched an Occupational Therapy Assistant module for local training school

Good news! We at urbanrehab, have completed an occupational therapy assistant (OTA) course module for a local training institute that is powered by WSQ and WDA. It is quite an interesting event, where we rushed to pore over every single detail from planning the timetable, planning and delineating course module elements and separating and segmenting them to have a good flow, increased understandability and ease of teaching.
It had been a fun time developing this occupational therapy assistant (OTA) course module for this institute. Note, however, it was also a tough time trying to decode all the teaching-lingo and putting all into place, along with tapping our memories and expertise into written form, and not just spoken or practiced form. All in all, this occupational therapy assistant (OTA) course module development? Fun.
Looking forward to developing more course modules!
