Patients are seen one-at-a-time, each time.

What this means is that when you or your loved one come to our clinic, you will generally be the only patient here, and you will have our full undivided attention. And we will only recommend physical therapy services for you that we would have for ourselves or our loved ones.

In addition

1. We provide home physiotherapy services for clients in Singapore who can’t or prefers not to travel


2. We assess home safety and provide modification physiotherapy advice to increase safety and accessibility at home, to prevent falls


3. We prescribe mobility aids such as wheelchairs and walking sticks and teach you how to use it effectively and safely


4. We teach new care-givers how to help (or how not to overhelp) their charges to move about in their environment effectively and safely


5. For companies and groups, we offer ergonomic talks and workshops, to bolster productivity by identifying and preventing work-related injuries.

And, we only see one patient at a time, so we can concentrate on each person individually, and make sure they are completely comfortable before we begin.

Physiotherapy, refers to the treatment of various conditions via physical non-surgical approaches. We help people to physiotherapy after surgery, or to improve their functional mobility through exercise physiotherapy and mobilization.

Physiotherapy is for anyone, regardless of one’s age. It can, and will, make a difference. Our therapists employ a combination of techniques and know-how, as well as state-of-art equipment, to help you regain your mobility, strength and function.

Finger Dislocation – Result from trauma to joints. Painful.
Head injury – Injury as result of trauma to the head, with neurological affected
Hip fracture – Caused by falls. Painful, results in inability/decreased ability to walk.
Spondylosis – Calcium deposits in the joints often causing neck pain and stiffness
Osteoarthritis – General wear and tear in the joints causing pain and stiffness
Slipped Disc – Often occurs in the lower back. Gets worse with sitting and bending
Lower Back Pain – Can be caused by many structures: joint, ligament, muscle, disc
Shoulder Pain – Often involves a complex group of muscles called the Rotator-Cuff
Tennis Elbow – Inflammatory condition affecting the outside of the elbow
Golfer’s Elbow - Inflammatory condition affecting the inside of the elbow
RSI - Repetitive Strain Injury. Often work related with repeated movements
Ankle Sprains – Occurs mainly in jumping sports. Usually involves a ligament tear
Foot Sprains - May be caused by poorly shaped feet. Often occurs during sports
Plantar Fasciitis – Common occurrence in Singapore. Often linked to over training
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome – Repetitive Strain Injury causing numbness and weakness in palms.
Stroke – Cerebal vascular accident causing partial/full paralysis of the body and extremity
Trigger Finger – Repetitive Strain Injury causing a painful locking in finger joints.
Trigger Point Physiotherapy Singapore – Often occurs in shoulder and neck. Causes physiotherapy headaches managementand stiffness.
Wrist Fracture – Result from falling onto outstretched hand. Accompanied by swelling and pain.

Our therapists have five years or more working experiences each. After the initial assessment, patients will undergo individual one-to-one exercises treatment sessions. Techniques and approaches employed will differ from patient to patient, depending on injury, age and preferences. Our main focus style is Education, manual physiotherapy and exercise physiotherapy.

Education And Training – Caregiver training and/or conversion of domestic keeper to caregiver
Equipment Prescription – Aids, equipment and appliances that will help to cope and improve mobility
Home Visit Physiotherapy – Home Assessment and advice to modify home/community to increase accessibility and safety
Independent Living Training – Custom designed exercise program to improve mobility at home and in the community
Joint Mobilization Physiotherapy Singapore - Various gentle techniques to mobilize stiff joints
Soft Tissue Massage – Gentle massage. Good for muscle tightness and spasm
Deep Tissue Release Physiotherapy – Deep massage. Very effective for inflammed and tight muscles
Interferential Physiotherapy - Electrical stimulation. Great for acute injuries and chronic low back pain
NMES - Electrical stimulation for muscular strengthening
Hot Or Cold Physioherapy - Cold for acute injuries, heat for muscular spasm and pain
Exercise Prescription – Custom designed exercise program that is injury specific
Splinting – Custom designed physiotherapy splint or brace to protect muscles, joints or soft tissues
Physiotherapy Worksite Assessment – Custom assessment and report to decrease injuries and improve productivity at work
